Local senior competition starting soon, school team proposed!

The West Coast Cricket Senior Competition is kicking off at the end of November and with seven teams entered into the competition WCC are wanting to see if there is enough interest to have a mostly secondary school aged team in the competition to remove the bye from the competition.

This team would be include a couple of adults – Mr Bermingham and Mr McTaggart who would be helping with coaching as well, and the remainder of team will comprise of senior secondary school students (Y11-13). We would be needing a team of 15-17 players to ensure if people are away that their are enough people to play each week.

Team can be a composite team with students from Greymouth HS, John Paul II and Buller HS to ensure we have enough players each week.
