InterHouse Staff vs Students Sports Competition
We kicked off this competition Friday last week which had a great showing at both interval and lunchtime for one of our schools highest played sports of basketball, it has over 100 students registered to play in the local comp! EVERY Friday until the end of Term 2 we are running these events in the new gym.
You earn house points for participating and if you referee you get even more house points! Talk to our Student Leaders to help out.
Come along and jump into a team that you put together on the day. EVERYONE welcome to play or watch to support all those on the court.

GHS New Gym Booking Schedule
The gym is a busy space throughout the break times, please see the schedule below for when the space is booked for trainings or events. We encourage you to bring a change of top to wear while you shoot around at break times, please ensure you change back into full school uniform before you go to class.
If we take care of the space, respect each other and the equipment the gym can continue to be open at break times for everyone to use. Reminder: NO food or drink to be inside the gym please.
The Boxing Centre has a different schedule to the gym space, please see below for when a session may suit you! It has been a busy space and great to see so many of you taking advantage of our new equipment.
GHS Ski Trip 2020
Any students (Junior or Senior) interested in attending the GHS Ski Trip this year MUST go to Lab D at lunchtime on Wednesday 3rd June to receive the important information.

GHS Darts Club
Do you like have an eye for detail and enjoy precision sports tied in with some math? Then Darts Club is the place for you! Darts is an excellent and exciting game that people of all levels can get into – Take a look at the World Series of Darts 2019 Finals highlights to see just how exciting the sport can be.
We are hoping to have Darts Club begin once we go back to 45minute lunch breaks, you will be notified when the club starts.
