George Cronin

Head Boy
Kia ora, I’m George Cronin, and I am your Head Boy for Greymouth High School 2026. This year, I am pursuing a positive environment, uniform changes, and events for the whole school to participate in or watch. Personally, I like to stay busy studying to become a pilot and playing basketball and golf in my spare time. I’m so excited to be working with you guys and to make this year the best it can be.

Pyper Mahuika

Head Girl
Kia Ora, I’m Pyper Mahuika, and I am the 2026 Head Girl for Greymouth High School. This year, I am striving to make school inclusive, eventful and most of all enjoyable for all students. I like to stay busy and active. My best memories are with my friends, so most of the time you will see me with a group of people. We have exciting events coming up, and I hope to see you there!

Solly Turley-West

Deputy Head Boy
Kia ora, Im Solly and I am your deputy head boy for 2026. This year, I'm hoping to be a present and approachable leader who students can feel comfortable talking to. I will do my best to be consistent and efficient while working with the rest of the leaders, so that this can be a great school year. I'm hoping to pursue a career in Christchurch next year and enjoy spending time outdoors. I'm excited to be your deputy head boy this year and will do my best to fulfil this role!

Bella Masters

Kia Ora, I’m Bella, and I’m the Deputy Head Girl for 2026. My goal for this year is to create a fun and safe environment within our kura while still encouraging everyone to strive for success. In my free time, I enjoy playing many sports, hanging out with friends, and making new connections. I am looking forward to working with everyone!

Sophia Faulkner

Tēnā koutou, and talofa everyone! I’m Sophia, and I'm one of the Pūmanawa of 2026! This year, my goal is to hopefully be someone any tamariki from the wider kura feels they can speak to with any concerns or even just casual conversations! I really enjoy learning about te ao māori and playing games with my friends. I’m really looking forward to this awesome year with everyone!

Kia ora. I’m Blake, one of your Pūmanawa for 2026. One of my goals is to work with students in Ngā Here Kahikatea and the wider school to get ideas on how we can bring more māoritanga into our kura. In my own time, I like learning about Māori history and playing Māori games.

Kia Ora! My name is Indi Robins, and I am your House Coordinator, Pounamu House Leader and on the Peer Support Team for 2026. I'm really looking forward to building more house spirit and creating a fun environment for everyone this year. My goals this year are to create and run more house events and to help make sure everyone knows who their house leaders are. I can’t wait to support Pounamu through all our house events and cheer everyone on. Go Pounamu!

I’m really excited to see what we can do this year and, of course, cheer on Rata house!

Kia ora, I am Molly Meek, your Student Council Chair and Pounamu house leader for 2026. I am excited to see what this year entails and am striving to help create a fun and inclusive atmosphere both in school and during events. My goals include fundraising with the Student Council for the school and the outside community, as well as helping create fun house events for everyone.
