Hauora | Wellbeing
At Greymouth High School, we believe that your emotional and mental well-being is just as important as your physical health. We have a range of support available at school to help you look after your wellbeing, whether you’re needing a bit of guidance, someone to talk to, or strategies to manage stress.
We also encourage you to talk to a trusted adult who could be your Mentor Teacher or any other member of staff.
Guidance Coaching and Counselling Team
Nau mai, haere mai. Our team of guidance coaches are here to support students’ mental health and emotional wellbeing, with confidential support. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, grief, life transitions, or just need someone to talk to, we’re here to support you.
Please email us at guidance@greyhigh.school.nz to request an appointment with one of the team, or alternatively, you can ask one of your teachers to contact us.
