To tatou Poari Whakahaere me PTA
Our School Board and PTA
Our whole community has worked together to create a school that is caring, inclusive and determined to see each student succeed in their own way. We’re focused on our vision of being the heart of learning in our thriving community.
When you trust your child to us, we take our responsibility seriously. We won’t always get things right, and we believe in learning from mistakes, so open and honest communication is really important to us.
The School Board
The overall responsibility for the school is with Board.

Our role is to support student and school activities at Greymouth High School through fundraising projects. Fundraising benefits all our students – from providing funds for the school ball or junior formal, to putting new seating into the hall and café for all to enjoy!
Being on the PTA is a great way to be involved with the school. The PTA organize 3 raffles per year, as well as the Coast to Coast event car parking. Meetings are held once a month at the school. At these meetings you can hear all about student achievement and other school updates directly from the Principal and senior leadership team.
We would welcome your involvement. To obtain more information or to register your interest, please contact Ashleigh Williams
