Toki Pounamu statements

Toki Pounamu statements for Chromebook purchases (from this year and also ongoing contracts from 2022 / 2023) will be sent out by the end of this week. We apologise for the delay but our computer system has been changed over from MYOB to Xero and it has taken some time to sort. 

Please check your new statement carefully and if there is anything that you are unsure about please contact Monica at or you can ring to speak to me on 768 5411. If you have a credit balance you need to stop your bank payments before we can refund any money – Toki Pounamu are unable to do this for you so once you have sorted this payment will be made to your nominated bank account. We do not send out the invoice unless specifically requested so if you would also like a copy of the invoice along with your statement email as above.
